Setting Parameter Values

You can create new policy objects and assign values to any number of the parameters that exist in the policy. A configuration policy parameter can be one of the following:

When a new policy is created, all the values in the policy are undefined. You can set parameter values within this new policy object by right-clicking on the parameter and clicking Modify or by double-clicking on a parameter. This invokes the Setting Properties dialog, which lets you modify the value of the selected parameter. For tables, the Modify Settings dialog appears instead.
