The Recently Used Views option displays a list of the objects you most recently viewed. An entry of view name is added in the Recently Used Views list whenever a user view or source object is opened.
To open an existing object view in the Recently Used Views list, click the Recently Used Views icon on the toolbar then one of the views listed in the Recently Used Views drop-down list or click the Client menu, Recently Used Views, and then one of the views listed in the Recently Used Views drop-down list.
You can specify the number of items to be included in the Recently Used Views list, in the General page of the Windows Client Options wizard.
