Advanced Tab

The Advanced tab contains host properties that default from the common configuration policies for Remote Control; these settings are rarely changed. They are used to set values related to host functionality that more experienced users may want to change. For example, you may want to control the types of events that are tracked when event logging is enabled or change encryption security information and advanced protocol settings.

Note: The properties that are displayed on the Advanced tab vary depending on the environment—centrally managed or stand-alone. Also, when running in a centrally managed environment, the domain manager controls the user’s ability to set or modify these values.
