Step 1: Log In to CA Clarity System Administration

You must log in to NSA to deploy the Connector: Unicenter Service Desk/Harvest add-in.

To log in to NSA

  1. Enter the URL for NSA in a web browser.
  2. Enter your administrator password.
  3. Click Login.

    The Overview page appears.
