How to Integrate JIRA with CA Clarity Agile

To integrate CA Clarity Agile with JIRA, ensure that you have one of the following versions of JIRA installed and running:

• 4.1.x
• 4.2.x
• 4.3.x

To integrate JIRA with CA Clarity Agile, complete the following steps:

1. On the JIRA server, install the CA Clarity Agile Plug-in.
2. Configure JIRA for the CA Clarity Agile setup.
3. Enable CA Clarity Agile to integrate with JIRA.

   • Configure the CA Clarity Agile Issue Sync Service Schedule.
   • Configure the CA Clarity Agile listener.
   • Map the JIRA project to the CA Clarity Agile project.

   • Map JIRA attribute values to CA Clarity Agile attribute values.
