Map JIRA Attribute Values to CA Clarity Agile Attribute Values
If multiple values are available for an attribute, you can map the JIRA attribute values to CA Clarity Agile attribute values after mapping the attributes.
When the following attribute values change in CA Clarity Agile, they are reflected in JIRA after the sync job runs:
- If an attribute value is renamed in CA Clarity Agile, the renamed value appears in JIRA.
- If an attribute value is deleted in CA Clarity Agile, the deleted value does not appear in JIRA. The previously mapped values also do not appear. A message appears in the sync job log file indicating that the given record could not be synced due to missing mapped value.
Follow these steps:
- On the CA Clarity Agile attribute mapping page, click Value Mapping next to the CA Clarity Agile attribute and JIRA field for which you want to map values.
The CA Clarity Agile JIRA project attribute value mapping page appears.
- For each CA Clarity Agile attribute value, select a matching JIRA field value from the drop-down and click Save.
The following table shows the attribute values that are mapped by default:
