Configure the CA Clarity Agile Listener

Configure the CA Clarity Agile listener to verify that an issue deleted either in JIRA or CA Clarity Agile, also deletes it from the other application when the sync job runs.

You can delete the listener any time to stop all updates from JIRA to CA Clarity Agile.

Follow these steps:

1. Click Administration in JIRA.

   The administration page appears.

2. Click Listeners from the System menu.

   The listeners list page appears.

   In the Add Listener section, complete the following fields:

   Name

   Defines the name for the CA Clarity Agile listener.

   Value: CA Clarity Agile Issue Listener

   Class

   Defines the class for the listener.

   Value: com.ca.agile.integration.jira.listener.AgileVisionIssueListener

3. Click Add.
