How SMI Is Displayed in CA Business Service Insight

You can work with Internal, Peer, and Category comparison information in the following screens in CA Business Service Insight:

In the Services Table on the Services Overview page: You can display internal, peer, and category comparison scores in columns in the services table.
In the Service Details page: You can drill down into the comparison details for a single service on the Service Details page. You can open the full tree of SMI characteristics to display comparison scores at a detailed level. You can also switch between views for internal, peer, and category comparison data.
When you compare internal SMI scores against SMI scores on Cloud Commons: After you get a snapshot view of peer and category comparison data on the Service Details page, you can refine your comparison information by linking to Cloud Commons and displaying peer and category comparison data. When you click the Compare Alternative Services button, you are guided through the process of selecting comparison criteria and displaying a summary page with evaluation information.

Note: You must turn on sharing options for your internal comparison data to access peer and category data on Cloud Commons.
