Studies and Surveys

You can plan and launch a study on a specific set of services. One method of starting a study is as follows:

Begin with a service category (such as e-mail)
Select one or more services
Determine the core questions which you want the study to address
Gather relevant collaborators in your enterprise to study, share information, and discuss SMI scores for the category.

Your study generates discussion and analysis that helps you recommend a service. The final stage of a study is an optional voting feature. This feature allows each member of the study team to cast a vote for their preferred service.

The Studies feature also allows you to source relevant information from Cloud Commons, such as:

Vendor supplied service information, such as licensing plans
User-supplied reviews and thumbs-up ratings
Features provided by the service
