Uploading a Package

Before a package can be unpacked, upload it to CA Business Service Insight.

To upload a package:

1. In the Packages page, click Upload Package. The Upload Package window opens.
2. Click Browse to navigate to where you stored the package and select it.
3. Click Upload. The package is uploaded to CA Business Service Insight and the Packages page opens showing it.
