Downloading a Package

After creating a package, you can download it for transfer to a target machine.

To download a package:

1. In the Packages page, click next to the package you want to download. A File Download pop-up window opens.
2. Click Open to open and view the contents in the pop-up window, or:
3. Click Save. A Save As pop-up window opens. Enter location to save the file. After you save the file, you can transfer it to another machine.

Note: Define your CA Business Service Insight servers in your browser's Trusted Sites (Tools, Internet Options, Security tab, Trusted Sites).

Note: Set your browser's Trusted Sites security setting to Medium Low.
