Packages are libraries of templates that can contain both contract templates and service definitions including all related catalog entities used to create contracts. Packages provide domain-specific, baseline templates and service definitions for quickly and efficiently creating contracts throughout an organization.
Note: Package transfer is enabled only for transfer between identical CA Business Service Insight versions.
Packages can be added to new and existing CA Business Service Insight instances.
To access the Packages option, click Administration/Content Transfer/Packages. The Packages page opens.
