Duplicate an Adapter

Existing adapters can be duplicated so as to create a new adapter based on the old one.

To duplicate an adapter

In the Adapters page, click next to the desired adapter and select Duplicate.

For unmanaged adapters, the Adapter Details page is displayed.

1. In Name, type a new name for the Adapter.
2. Change parameters as required. For more information, see Adding Unmanaged Adapters.
3. Click Save to save changes and return to the previous page.
4. Click Cancel to discard changes and return to the previous page.

For managed adapters, the Adapter Wizard page General step is displayed.

1. In the General tab, in Name, type a new name for the Adapter.
2. For Online adapters:

• In the General tab, in Adapter address, type a new adapter host or IP address where the adapter is deployed or going to be deployed and ran.
• In the General tab, in Port, type a new port number for the adapter.
