Translating a translation entry entails defining the mapping between the original data source value and the CA Business Service Insight value. Translations are typically created from pending translation entries, but you can also create new translations from other entries, including entries that were previously translated. Multiple entries may be translated at the same time provided they share the same destination type.
Note: This process can be automated using a Translation Script.
The procedure for translating translation entries differs for each destination type.
