Translate a Resource Translation Entry

Resource translation entries are translated by searching for and selecting an existing defined resource.

To translate a resource translation entry

  1. In the Translation Entries page, perform a search to display the translation entries for the Resource destination type in the search results area.
  2. Select one or more translation entries and click Translate. The Resources page is displayed.

    By default, this page lists all CA Business Service Insight resources whose name contains the string of the resource to be translated.

  3. In Name, select whether to search by Name, Display Name or Description and type the criteria.
  4. In Resource Group, select a resource group from the list.
  5. In Contract Party, select a contract party from the list.
  6. In Service, select a service from the list.
  7. In Resource Type, select a resource type from list.
  8. In Change Set, select a change set from the list.
  9. Click Search. The results are displayed below the search area.

    Note: You can also select a letter from the alphabet list to display a list.

    Note: If the search results are displayed on multiple pages (as indicated by the page navigation links beneath the results), selections can be made on one page at a time only.

  10. Click Translate.
