User-defined Reports Folder

Important! The User-defined reports folder is available only in the following scenario:

When you upgrade r11.7 SP1 to the latest version following any upgrade path.

For fresh installation of r12.7 SP1 or any version after r11.7 SP1, this user-defined reports folder will not be available.

When CA SRM Web Reporter is installed, dashboards reports in the Templates folder are automatically copied into the User-defined folder as modifiable templates. Use the reports in this folder to modify or build upon for greater reporting capabilities.

Note: Only SRM Administrators have access to modify reports in the User-defined folder. If you are not logged in as an SRM Administrator, you only have limited read-only access to this folder. For more information refer to the section Report Access and Rights.

To access a user-defined report

  1. From InfoView, click Public Folders, CA Reports, CA SRM, User-defined.
  2. Select one of the reports.
