Templates Reports Folder

When CA SRM Web Reporter is installed, these read-only reports are automatically created in the Templates folder; they cannot be modified. If you would like to use these reports as a template to build upon or modify, you can do this in the User-defined folder. The read-write versions of Dashboard reports are readily available in the User-defined folder.

Note: Only SRM Administrators have access to view reports in the Templates folder. If you are not logged in as an SRM Administrator, you have no access to this folder and limited access to the User-defined folder. For more information refer to the section Report Access and Rights.
