The procedures in this section are examples of how you might use Business Objects InfoView to create and run customized CA SRM reports.
Note: Business Objects is a very powerful and customizable tool, so these examples might not resemble any of the customized reports necessary for your system. The instructions in this section should be used as a generic reference only, not as definitive procedures for using InfoView and Business Objects.
For advanced tasks and information on using the many tools contained in Business Objects, see Business Objects' documentation.
The CA SRM Web Reporter universe defines the semantic layer that maps the CA SRM data model. The classes and objects in universe are logically grouped so that it is easier for you to create the reports that you want.
For a complete list of CA SRM Universe objects and their corresponding attributes tables, refer the SRM WR Universe Definition HTML document. You can access this in the Web Reporter documentation set.
