Software Requirements

You must have the following versions of these products for the HP Service Manager integration to work properly:

• CA Process Automation r3.1, r4.0, or r4.1

  Note: CA Process Automation is not included with the CA SOI installation media. Download the CA Process Automation installation media from CA Support Online.

• CA SOI r3.2
• HP Service Manager 9.3 or 9.32
• CA Catalyst Container r2.5, r3.1, or r3.2
• CA Catalyst connector for HP Service Manager version r2.5, r3.1, or r3.2. Download the connector from CA Support. For versions r2.5 and r3.1, you import the "CA SM Gateway.xml" file. For version r3.2, you import the "CA SM Gateway For Catalyst 3.2 Connector.xml" file.

  Important! Verify that the correct version of the CA Catalyst connector for HP Service Manager is available before configuring the HP Service Manager integration. Also, verify that you are using the latest online version of the documentation.
