View Alerts
You can view alert messages.
Follow these steps:
- Select Home, Messages, and select Alerts from the Messages menu.
The Alert Messages list appears. By default, only the alert messages for the current day for the business unit of the logged in user appear.
- (Optional) Do any or all of the following:
- Change the business unit whose events appear on the page.
- Filter the events, according to your selection criteria. A Service Delivery administrator can also delete alert messages and display alerts for failed actions.
- View details about individual alerts. The detailed information can sometimes represent internal ID values.
You have viewed the alert messages.
