View Change Events
You can view change event messages from the Messages tab.
Follow these steps:
- Select Home, Messages, and select Change Events from the Messages menu.
The Change Events Messages list appears. By default, only the change event messages for the current day for the current business unit appear.
- (Optional) Do any or all of the following:
- Change the business unit whose events appear on the page.
- Filter the events, according to your selection criteria. A Service Delivery Administrator can delete one or more change event messages from this page.
- View details about individual change events.
You have viewed the change event messages.
