Apply QoS SLA Violation Adjustments to an Individual Account
At times, only one account may require QoS SLA violation adjustments. In such cases, use this procedure to apply the adjustments to the account.
To apply a QoS SLA violation adjustment to an individual account
- Select Accounting, Adjustments.
- Select SLA Violation.
- Click the Add SLA Violation Adjustment button.
The Add SLA Violation Adjustment window appears.
- Complete the fields on this window; these fields are explained in SLA Violation Adjustment Properties.
While completing the fields, do the following:
- For the option named Adjustment For, click the Account Number radio button and specify the account number: you can enter the number directly or click the magnifying glass icon to search for all accounts for the one you want.
- Optionally, to change the Business Unit, click Search Business Unit icon next to the Business Unit field in the Adjustment definition page.
- Click OK.
