Apply QoS SLA Violation Adjustments to an Individual Account

At times, only one account may require QoS SLA violation adjustments. In such cases, use this procedure to apply the adjustments to the account.

To apply a QoS SLA violation adjustment to an individual account

  1. Select Accounting, Adjustments.
  2. Select SLA Violation.
  3. Click the Add SLA Violation Adjustment button.

    The Add SLA Violation Adjustment window appears.

  4. Complete the fields on this window; these fields are explained in SLA Violation Adjustment Properties.

    While completing the fields, do the following:
