Configuring Archiving for Interaction Request Forms

You can override the minimum days of process history to retain for completed interaction request forms. By default, the process control at the Domain level sets the archive interval for interaction request form objects to 2 minutes.

Define the archival policy for the interaction request form from the Configuration Browser.
