CA Process Automation supports archiving library instances to a secondary historical database or table. Archiving keeps the historical instances without necessarily presenting them to the users. Instead of purging them, CA Process Automation moves archived instances to the secondary database or table for analysis and purges them when they are no longer required.
A content administrator configures the archived instances of interaction request forms at the Domain level. The content administrator configures the archived instances for processes, Schedules, and start requests at the Orchestrator level.
