Naming Convention for Recorded Files

Remote Control automatically assigns a name to a recorded session. The file name is comprised of the following elements: the host computer's name and the date and time of the recording, followed by the .urc extension. It can be represented as hostname_yyyymmdd_HHmm.urc.

For example, if the viewer records a session on August 6, 2008 at 3:19 p.m., the following name is assigned to the file: hostname_20080806_1519.urc

Note: You can modify file names when enabling the recording or later in Windows Explorer, if you prefer another naming convention.
