Make a List Item Inactive

You can make a list item inactive when users should not select the item when defining an object.

To make a list item inactive

  1. Click Directory, List Management.
  2. On the left, select the list you want to manage.
  3. Click the Edit Record icon next to the list item you want to make inactive.
  4. Select the Inactive check box.
  5. Click Save.

    The list item is inactive.
