Make Filters Active

After you specify your search criteria in the tabs, save them as a filter by clicking Create Filter. The Filters dialog expands to show a list of the filters you added. You can modify the Filters list as follows:

• To conduct a search using one or more filters, make sure the check box for each filter you want to use for the search is selected, then click Find Files. This opens a pane in the Filters dialog that displays the files and folders that were found.

  Note: Click Find Files to display the files and folders that match the criteria. The files and folders that match the selected filters are migrated whether or not you click Find Files.

• To delete an unwanted filter, select the filter, and then click Remove Filter.
• To delete all filters, click Remove All.
• To edit a filter, select a filter, and then click Edit Filter. You can change the criteria. Click Save Filter to make the changes take effect.
