Specifying Text for Acknowledged Events

You can specify text to be used when an event is acknowledged. To do this:

  1. Pull down the Options menu and choose the General ... menu item.
  2. The General Settings dialog box is displayed (see the previous figure).
  3. Deselect Use default Acknowledge string.
  4. Type the text for acknowledged events in the Acknowledge String field.
  5. Click OK.
  6. Pull down the Options menu and choose Save Options to save your settings.
