Install the Catalyst Connector

To install the CA Spectrum catalyst connector through the CA Service Operations Insight server, complete the following procedure.

Follow these steps:

1. Log in to the CA Service Operations Insight server as an administrator.
2. Run the Spectrum IM Connector executable located in the C:\Content\SpectrumIMConnector\SAM\Connector_SpectrumIM_921.exe.
3. Accept the license agreement, and click Next.
4. Select the check box Configure Additional Instance, and click Next.
5. Enter the following values, and click Next:
   • MDR Connector Hostname: mass-soi
   • Spectrum Server Host: {Sepectrum Landscape Server Hostname} for the Regional
6. Provide the OneClick credentials, and click Next.
7. Select the check box Start Services, and click Next.
8. Click Install.

   A pop-up opens.

9. Select No to All, and then click Done.
10. Log in to the CA Service Operations Insight application.

    You have installed the CA Spectrum IM Connector.
