Instantiate

This operation implements the monitoring applications on the infrastructure. Monitoring service is instantiated by installing the virtual appliances to the appropriate resource.

Note: Instantiate includes both manual and automatic operation in the deployment workflow.

You can deploy the monitoring service cartridge using one of the following methods:

• Automatic Deployment for an administrator with access to the VMware environment at your organization.
• Manual Deployment for deployment without access to the VMware environment when help is needed deploying OVFs.
