After you download the OVF templates and install OVF Tool, then you can deploy the templates through the service portal.
You enter the virtual machine pool details and specify the virtual appliances location, in the Deploy monitoring Service-Central request form. The system automatically deploys the appliances, installs the monitoring service cartridge, and creates preconfigured virtual machines in your VMware ESX server you specified.
