After you install the add-in, a new access right is available. The access right lets a user download a set of files from the Software Downloads page. To download the file, the access right Software Download - CA Clarity Service Desk-Harvest Integration must be granted. This access right is not present in the system until the add-in has been installed. An upgrading customer can install the access right from the Add-in Administration page.
A user with this right can download the .zip file cai_xog_client.zip. This file contains the items that are listed in the following table.
Release 12.0 or 8.1
To set up the add-in on CA Clarity PPM 12.0 or CA Clarity 8.1, copy the files that are shown in the following table to the XOG client. The <cai add-in> value in the table represents the location of the extracted Clarity Connector: Unicenter Service Desk/Harvest add-in files.
