Synchronize an Issue from CA Clarity Agile to JIRA

You can create an issue in CA Clarity Agile and synchronize it to JIRA.

Follow these steps:

Create an issue in CA Clarity Agile for a product that is mapped to a JIRA project.
In JIRA, run the issue Sync Service job immediately or at a predefined interval.
In JIRA, find the issue by filtering on the JIRA project that is mapped to the CA Clarity Agile product.
