Synchronize an Issue from JIRA to CA Clarity Agile

You can create an issue in JIRA and synchronize it to CA Clarity Agile.

Follow these steps:

  1. In JIRA, create an issue for a project that is mapped to a CA Clarity Agile product.
  2. In JIRA, run the issue Sync Service job immediately or at a predefined interval.
  3. In CA Clarity Agile, on the backlog page, filter on the product that is mapped to the JIRA project.

    The JIRA issue appears listed in the backlog. You can now modify this issue or link to it from a user story that is associated with the mapped product.
