Disable JIRA Integration with CA Clarity Agile

To disable all connections with CA Clarity Agile, delete the scheduled Issue Sync Service job. Deleting the job disables all issue synchronization with CA Clarity Agile.

After deleting the scheduled Issue Sync Service job, you can run the job manually by selecting Sync Status from the CA Clarity Agile menu.

Follow these steps:

1. Click Administration in JIRA.

   The administration page appears.

2. Click Services from the System menu.

   The services list page appears.

3. Click the Delete link next to the Issue Sync Service job.
