Set Issue Import Criteria for CA Clarity Agile

As a JIRA Administrator, you can define the types of issues to import into CA Clarity Agile by setting a filtering criteria. JIRA issues are added to the CA Clarity Agile backlog based on this criteria.

Follow these steps:

  1. In JIRA, on the CA Clarity Agile JIRA project mapping page, click Import Criteria next to a mapped JIRA project.

    The CA Clarity Agile JIRA project import criteria page appears.

  2. Select from the following filtering criteria:
    Status

    Defines the issue statuses to import into CA Clarity Agile.

    Priority

    Defines the issue priorities to import into CA Clarity Agile.

    Affects Version

    Defines the versions of the JIRA project that are affected by the issue to import into CA Clarity Agile.

    Fix Version

    Defines the versions of the JIRA project that are affected by the fix to import into CA Clarity Agile.

  3. Click Save.
