As a JIRA administrator, you can run the CA Clarity Agile Issue Sync Service any time to view updated issues from CA Clarity Agile. If there is another job instance running simultaneously, the request is skipped and a message appears in the atlassian-jira.log file located in the JIRA_HOME directory.
The Issue Sync Service page displays the job status (Running, Completed), the request type, and the job start time. You can refresh the job status at any time. If the job fails, an error message displays with recommended actions. An error usually occurs when connection to CA Clarity Agile cannot be established or if the sync job is already running.
