Help Topics Do Not Appear After a Search
Symptom:
When I perform a search in the Knowledge Center, the correct topics do not appear in the search results.
Solution:
The Knowledge Center may not contain your search topics as a result of incorrect indexing. To index the documentation, use the following steps:
- Enter the path of the documentation folder in the Knowledge Center Settings dialog. Conversely, click Browse to locate the documentation folder that contains the files you want to index.
- Select the folders that you want to index and click Add.
- Click Index.
