How to Create a Study in CA Business Service Insight

Double-click Studies on the Services menu. You receive the landing page. You have the "My active studies" area on the left pane, which lists current studies. You also have the "My steps" area, which defines events in the current study (if applicable).

You can use the following process to define the scope of your study, invite collaborators, and plan milestones:

1. Name and describe your study and create core questions.
2. Select up to five services to form the basis for the study.
3. Select collaborators for the study.
4. Select milestones for the study and voting options.
5. Review and save your study.
