Activate and Deactivate Exceptions
All exceptions are activated by default upon creation. Exceptions can be deactivated and reactivated as required, but they cannot be deleted. Justification must be provided for any change made to the status of the exception.
Follow these steps:
- In the Exceptions page, perform a search to display the required exception in the search results grid.
- Click
next to the exception you want to deactivate or
next to the exception you want to activate.
The Exception Status page opens.
- In Justification, enter the reason for the change of status.
- Click Deactivate or Activate respectively.
A confirmation window opens.
- Click Yes.
The status of the exception changes.
