View Exception History
You can view the history of a particular exception to see all the changes that have been made over time, including:
- Date of the change
- User who made the change
- Type of change
- Justification for the change
- Description of the change
Follow these steps:
- In the Exceptions page, perform a search to display the required exception in the search results area.
- Click

or the exception name to display the Exception Details page.
- Click History.
-OR-
- Right-click on the exception name and then choose History.
- The Exception History page opens.
- The exception details are displayed, as well as the history of the exception.
- Click Done to return to the Exceptions page.
