The Service Level Mgmt tab contains links to the service level management functionalities that your user permissions let you can carry out. These include creating and managing contracts, contract parties, contract party groups and quick metrics. In addition, using the Service Level Mgmt tab, you can add exception to contracts and view their history, debug business logic formulas and access the Contracts Navigator, which provides a graphical representation of system data models and enables browsing through customer contracts, contract parties, services, metrics and the underlying infrastructure resources.
