View Contract Details
By default, the Contracts page displays the entries in alphabetical order. The display can be changed, either by running a search as described in the previous section, or by clicking a letter to display a list of contracts that begins with that letter.
Follow these steps:
- You can view details of a defined contract by pressing
next to the desired contract.
A read-only Contract Details page opens.
Notes:
- Certain actions on the contract are enabled depending on its current status. It is possible to commit a contract version that is committed and it is possible to uncommit a Pending version so that its terms can be modified.
- Certain Function buttons (e.g., Archive) are present or absent depending upon the state of the contract (e.g., Preliminary/Pending/Effective).
- If the contract has multiple versions, in the Contract Details-General tab, click Change version.
The Change Version dialog box opens.
- Select the desired version and click OK.
The Contract Details page is automatically refreshed to display the details of the selected version.
- If a contract has multiple metrics, in the All Metrics-Metrics tab, click
and select Services View, Service Domains View or Timeslots View to group the metrics' view accordingly.
- Click Commit to activate the contract.
Note: If in the Contract Details-General tab, Workflow is set to "To be approved" by, Commit is replaced with Request approval. For more information, see Committing a Contract.
- Click Done to return to the Contracts page.
- Click Edit to modify the contract while viewing it. For more information, see Editing a Contract.
- Click Delete to remove the contract.
You can view the contract in a graphical display. Right-click on the desired contract and select View Contract in Contracts Navigator. For more information see, Contracts Navigator.
