Copy a Metric from/to a Service Level Template to/from a Contract

A metric can be copied from any contract to a specific Service Level Template.

A metric can be copied from any Service Level Template to a specific contract.

Follow these steps:

1. In the Service Level Template Details page, All Metrics tab, click Add New, Select from Contract.

   The Select Contract Metrics dialog box opens.

   Note: Contracts display by contract party.

2. Expand the contract party and contract and select the specific metric from that contract and click OK.

   The Metric Details page opens.

3. Modify the metric and click Save.

   The metric is added to the Service Level Template and the Service Level Template Details page opens.

To copy a metric from a Service Level Template to a contract

1. In the Service Level Template Details page, All Metrics tab, click next to the metric that you want to copy and select Copy to Contract.

   The Select Contract dialog box opens.

   Note: Contracts display by contract party.

2. Expand the contract party and select the specific contract to which you want to add the metric.
3. Select the Run Metric Wizard check box if you want to modify the metrics.
4. Click OK.

   The Metric Details page opens. If the Run Metric Wizard check box was selected the Metric Details page opens to the Metric Wizard.

5. Modify the metrics using the Metric Wizard and click Finish.

   The metric is added to the contract.
