Metric Wizard

You can customize key fields and metric parameters using an intuitive metric wizard during the final stages of creating a new contract. The Wizard is used to update the metrics selected from services definitions.

The Metric Wizard is used to quickly modify metrics the first time they are viewed. The following screenshot displays the Metric Wizard page.

Status Pane

The status pane provides a read-only, tree-view of the statuses of the selected service level templates, services and metrics. Using the color-coded tree hierarchy, you can browse through the metrics to update them in the contract.
