Adding a Service Group

Service groups are created from the Service Group Details page. When adding a service group, you can add one or more services to the group.

To add a service group

  1. In the Service Groups page, click Add New.

    The Service Group Details page opens.

  2. In Name, enter the name of the service group.
  3. In Description, enter a description for the service group.
  4. In Member services, select the service groups to which the service belongs (if available) from the Available services list and click the arrow, or double-click the service.

    The service group moves to the Member services list. Select as many services as required.

  5. Click Save.

    A notification dialog opens.

  6. Click OK.

    The new service group is added.

  7. Click Cancel to return to the Service Groups page without saving.

Note: Use features in the dialog to edit, delete, duplicate, search and view details for the service group.
