A service group is a logical set of services that are grouped together to enable reports that summarize the group. For example, networking, email and data services can all be placed in a service group named IT Services. A service group can be used to collect together services with the same geographical territory or with the same criticality. Services can belong to multiple service groups.
The Service Groups page enables you to define or view a service group.
