The Dashboard allows users to integrate an external portal or web-based system into a dashboard page using dashviews. This allows showing web pages and bringing in information from other information systems within the dashboard pages. Retaining full navigation, the user does not have to switch out of the dashboard and can view all the information at-a-glance on one page.
Any of the Dashboard's dashviews can be embedded in the organizational portals, enabling the user to provide the necessary service delivery information within his/her native environment. All drill-down and analysis capabilities are available when the dashview is embedded in the organizational portal.
