The Service Delivery Dashboard meets the needs of executives, business unit leaders, service level managers and end-users. The Dashboard visualizes the quality and status of the service delivery and allows the user to analyze impacts and investigate root causes. The dashboard provides users with a user-friendly, graphical representation of impacts on customers, statuses of contracts, quality of services, and status of the underlying infrastructure.
Note: In Internet Explorer, if you use a feature that brings up a submenu, you may not be able to see the entire menu or names. In the Security tab of the Internet Options, click Custom level and enable Allow script-initiated windows without size or position constraints.
To directly access the dashboard with a URL, use the following format: http://<server name>/NewDashboard/Index.aspx
