Since many people are involved in the various aspects of the service delivery process, tying them all together successfully and coordinating their effort, often becomes an issue in large, dispersed and heterogeneous organizations. The Dashboard helps to streamline the collaboration, brings one version of the truth and helps to jointly solve problems and enhance the service quality.
First level of communication is facilitated by sharing pages. A user can share a dashboard page with multiple users, user groups or role members. As a result, the right users receive the shared page and are able to view it exactly the same way the original owner views it. Therefore, a discussion can be established over the information shown.
Another level of communication is achieved by attaching notes to entities. As a result, people can work together to resolve issues and be sure that knowledge is not lost.
